Since Betabugs is intended since its inception to be a community affair, we hope that successful applicants for programming positions will share the enthusiasm to develop these plug-ins with the possibility that there will be no financial reward. However, there are certain benefits to joining a project:  full credit for having coded the plug-in; a high-visibility showcase for your programming talents; permanent Betabug membership, complete with personalized avatar (not available in stores!); a commiserate share of any money earned for commercial use of the plug-ins; the opportunity to be a part of what promises to be a great way of giving back to the freeware plug-in community.
